Societies Registration Act.1860 (XXI):

MBR Registered under Indian Societies Registration Act.1860(XXI), Government of Orissa, at Baripada, Mayurbhanj, Odisha. Vide Registration No. MBJ-7047-30 of 2000-01 on Dated 22nd May 2000.

Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act:

Mayurbhanj Biological Research (MBR) is Registered under the Section 6(1) (a) of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 bearing Registration No. 104990055 on June 16, 2009 at Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi and got Renewal under Section 16 of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 read with Rule 12 of Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 2011 on approval on Dated: 16-09-2022. Also follow the FCRA Guideline time to Time with  FCRA Bank account at State bank of India (SBI) New Delhi as per  circular Ministry of Home Affairs, FCRA Division , Government of India New Delhi.
